Author Guidelines
Instructions for preparing, formatting, and submitting manuscripts through the publisher platform.
Author Guidelines
Authors are expected to submit manuscripts that are scientifically sound, ethically conducted, clearly written, and prepared in accordance with the journal’s editorial and formatting requirements. Submissions should present original work, a clear rationale, appropriate methodology, transparent reporting, and conclusions supported by the submitted data.
Manuscript Preparation
- The title should be concise, informative, and accurately reflect the scope of the manuscript.
- The abstract should summarize the background, objective, methods, main findings, and conclusion where applicable.
- Keywords should be specific and relevant to improve indexing, searchability, and discoverability.
- All authors, affiliations, and corresponding author details must be accurate at the time of submission.
- Figures, tables, supplementary files, and references should be complete, clearly labelled, and cited appropriately in the text.
Article Types
The journal may consider original research articles, review articles, short communications, case reports, letters, editorials, and other scholarly contributions depending on editorial scope and journal policy. Authors should select the most appropriate article type during submission.
Submission Requirements
- The manuscript must not be under consideration by another journal or publisher at the time of submission.
- All sources of funding, competing interests, and relevant disclosures must be declared.
- Ethics approval, informed consent, and permission statements must be provided when applicable.
- Clinical studies, reviews, and observational reports should follow relevant reporting standards where applicable.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted content and metadata.
Editorial Process
After submission, manuscripts undergo initial editorial screening to assess completeness, scope, ethical compliance, and suitability for review. Suitable manuscripts may be assigned to editors and reviewers. Editorial decisions may include acceptance, minor revision, major revision, rejection, or other actions according to the journal’s workflow.
Revisions
When revisions are requested, authors should submit a revised manuscript together with a clear response to the editor and reviewers. Responses should address each point systematically and indicate where changes were made in the manuscript.
