Open Access Policy
SKLS Publisher supports responsible access to scholarly content. Articles may be published as open access or under another access model depending on the journal, issue, article license, and publication terms.
Articles marked as open access are made available to readers without subscription barriers through the publisher platform.
Access to Articles
Open access articles may be viewed and downloaded by readers through the journal platform. Articles assigned to restricted or subscription-based issues may require authorized access according to the publisher’s access policy.
Licensing and Reuse
Reuse of published material should follow the applicable article license, copyright terms, and journal policy. Readers and authors should cite the original publication appropriately when sharing, reusing, or referencing published content.
Where a Creative Commons license is applied to an article, the terms of that specific license govern reuse, distribution, adaptation, and attribution requirements.
Author Rights and Responsibilities
Authors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of their published work. Authors should ensure that permissions are obtained for any third-party material included in the manuscript, including figures, tables, images, and reproduced content.

Copyright and licensing terms may vary according to the journal’s policy and the license selected for the article. The applicable copyright and license statement should be displayed with the published article whenever available.
Article Processing Charges
Any article processing charges, publication fees, waiver arrangements, or no-fee policies should be clearly stated by the journal or publisher before publication. Authors should review the relevant journal information and submission instructions before submitting a manuscript.
Archiving and Discoverability
The publisher organizes articles by journal, issue, category, article type, authorship metadata, keywords, publication dates, and digital identifiers where available. The platform is being developed to support long-term discoverability, citation export, indexing readiness, and metadata services.
